The Whitchurch Passive House Cottage combines the traditional appeal of a timber frame home with cutting-edge energy efficiency and sustainability. To achieve this goal, the team used the stringent energy efficiency, Passive House Standard. EUI: 8.6 kBtu/sf/yr

The Mushtare home was part of VERMOD’s initial three-home pilot phase. Built and delivered to a mobile home park in Vergennes in 2013, the house continues to provide a low maintenance, low cost, comfortable home for its owner. VERMOD is expanding the supply of affordable energy-efficient homes and making them readily available to low-income homebuyers, with a special focus on mobile home replacement customers.
